April 5, 2013:  Mr. Hudson has been selected to speak at the 6th Annual Fundamentals of Employment Law Forum sponsored by (SES) Sterling Education Services on October 1, 2013 in Miami, Florida. He was asked to address the specific dynamics between the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Sterling Education Services offers continuing education seminars on relevant topics in employment law.  Mr. Hudson’s contribution to the forum was to address the areas where the Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act can intersect, and important issues that employers can attend to prior to them encountering an issue that could include costly litigation and loss of valued employees.
